When you move to Business, your account gains a team workspace. The administrator gets a management view, can add team members and generate unified reports with full control.

Personal account with up to 6 photos or PDFs per day — plus unlimited voice and text entries. Need more in a day? An extra-uploads pack kicks in automatically.

A shared environment for your team, with automatic scheduled reports, an accountant seat, an admin view and centralized control of company spending.
Business Solo
All of Business for people who work alone: scheduled reports, a custom logo and the full dashboard with 1 number.
